An SBA or USDA guaranteed loan is a commercial loan or line of credit, a business term loan or a commercial construction or a commercial real estate loan that is partially guaranteed by the Small Business Administration or the U.S.D.A., agencies of the U. S. federal government.

SBA guaranteed loans are available for amounts of up to $750,000. U.S.D.A. loans are available for amounts in excess of $750,000. In general, the single loan limit for Mojave Desert Bank would be $5,000,000 which would involve the participation of another lender.
