Mojave Desert Bank is an active commercial real estate lender in all of the areas of East Kern County, North Los Angeles County and Helendale, California. Both construction and permanent loans are available. Some of our more general terms would include:

• a maximum loan to value (or cost if lower) of 75%
• a maximum term of 15 years
• an income to debt coverage requirement of not less than 120%

In general, our policy is to favor owner/user properties rather than properties held for investment purposes.
